Are there any additional costs not outlined in your service agreement?

Our pricing structure maintains 100% transparency with guaranteed service standards. You'll never encounter undisclosed charges – every cost component is explicitly outlined in your service agreement for full budgetary control.

Do you offer month-to-month plans, and can we upgrade later?

Our most flexible option starts with monthly subscriptions. You can seamlessly upgrade anytime to annual plans – which unlock greater value through volume-based incentives.

What payment currencies, discounts, and methods do you accept for app purchases?

All transactions are processed in USD. Prepayment discounts apply for annual commitments, with secure payment options including instant online payments and international wire transfers.

Do you support refund policy? How can I do it?

If you're unsatisfied with our service, you may request a refund by emailing sales@omegatraders.com within 7 days after APK delivery, provided the app has not yet been published on app stores. Please include your order number. Full refunds apply to service fees (monthly/quarterly/annual plans), while setup fees are non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method, with processing times varying slightly depending on the payment provider. Thank you for your understanding.

How do I complete a Wire Transfer payment?

When will our branded app be fully operational?

Your white-label app launches within 3 business days after payment and receipt of required branding details – we prioritize rapid deployment so you can start acquiring clients immediately.

When does my monthly billing cycle begin?

Your monthly fee begins 3 business days after APK delivery. Clients have a full week (5 working days) to request a refund post-delivery if unsatisfied with the service.

What support coverage do you provide for urgent issues during critical trading scenarios?
